Description Department: Human Resources Experience: 10+ years Qualification: MBA Reporting: reporting to CHRO   Manpower planning:Ø  To undertake manpower planning exercise every yearwhich is in line with the hospitals operational plan/budget Recruitment and Selection:Ø  Responsible for Sourcing, and identifying talent fromvarious sourcesØ  Responsible for Exploring, Initiating and managingstrategic tie-ups with various Educational Institutions to ensure that Qualitytalent is recruitedØ  To ensure all Job Descriptions are kept up to date andto create new JDs as and when necessary Induction and Training: Ø  To devise induction program for new employees andimplement themØ  To prepare annual training plan and conduct theprogram as pe r the planØ  Responsible for the training initiatives Compensation & benefits Management:Ø  To anchor compensation fitment, salary structuringetc.‌Ø  To review the compensation package periodically andrecommend changes, if any to be effected in line with comparableindustries/marketØ  To manage the benefits programme     Performance Management: Ø  Responsible for overall performance of humanresources, personnel and administration functionØ  To ensure smart and tangible KRA monitoring processØ  To implement performance appraisal system forassessing the performance of all employeesØ  To prepare career plans for employees at all levelsand communicate to themØ  To ensure that all jobs (both clinical andnon-clinical) have detailed competency checklist defined and yearly evaluated Employee Relations, Engagement & Counseling:Ø  To drive and oversee employee relations initiativeswithin the organizationØ  To prepare engagement calendar and drive theengagement activities Ø  To conduct the Employee Satisfaction Survey andexecute on the plan of actionØ  To counsel employees, redress their grievances andmaintain a high moraleØ  To drive the wellness initiate for the organization HR Systems & Policies:Ø  Monitoring and adherence to HR Systems and HR policiesin the organizationØ  Implementation and utilization of Oracle HCM HR Audits:Ø  To ensure compliance to NABH/JCIaccreditations/reaccreditationsØ  Responsible for all the HR Internal/external audits Responsible for relevant administrative matters:Ø  Responsible for approving staff loan, salary advanceand administrative expenses as per the policy of the company Ø  To be aware of departments performance and objectives Ø  To coordinate all hospital functions and celebrationsØ  To prepare HR Budget for each financial year andcontrol the HR CostØ  Payroll management Ø  Devising measures for controlling absenteeismØ  To be responsible for conducting Organizational Climate Survey and suggest remedial actions to the Sr.‌ ManagementØ  To be abreast with the latest market practices andindustry HR developmentsØ  To provide information to the Sr.‌ Management &Corporate HR with regard to the numbers, cost and statutory complianceØ  To closely work with company legal counsels for safeguarding company's interest at both quasi-judicial and judicial forumsØ  To provide information for various MIS and regularlyanalyzing trendsØ  Issuing promotion, increment, transfer and relievingorders as per prior approval of competent authorities Statutory Compliance, Discipline & IndustrialRelations:Ø  To ensure compliance of statutory obligations underthe lows applicable to the hospitalØ  To have close liaison with the Government officials ofLabour DepartmentØ  To maintain discipline among the employees and takeappropriate action in case of violationØ  Assist and participate in the negotiations for a wageagreement with the unionized st affØ  Responsible for maintaining a healthy relationshipwith the UnionØ  To assist managers in grievance anticipation,redressal and counseling Competencies:Ø  Conceptual skillsØ  Problem solving skillsØ  Negotiation SkillsØ  Leadership skillsØ  Analytical skillsØ  Interpersonal skillsØ  Working with TeamØ  Delivering the customer excellence Any other jobs assigned by superior due to exigenciesof work.‌  Apollo Hospitals - Jubilee Hills - Hyderabad
